Going on holiday in a Trabant, East Germany

My father had a trabant and we did go on holiday in it. And I remember that it was horrible, but better than going in Fiat 126p.
We had nearly the same beach chairs - this pattern is imprinted in my head. My mom drove a Fiat 126p but we always went with my grandfather's car, because we went with the entire extended family. It didn't help that the moment the road was even slightly wet, the Fiat would lose traction and slide around like a children's sleigh.
@marbear Also Fiat had engine in the back so it made it very loud and uncomfortable for a long drive.
Now I've remembered : I had this toy truck in slightly different colors. It was big enough for a 3yo child to sit on it and race down the slope...
